  • Please note: Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. Funds will be returned to clients with the same payment methods used to deposit. For example, if a deposit is made by credit card, funds will be returned to the same credit card.

Deposit and Withdrawal Process

Online Deposit

To deposit to your ATFX wallet or trading account, firstly you need to log in to the account. After logging in to the Client Portal, go to Deposits from the menu.

Once funds are deposited to your wallet, you may make an internal transfer, to move the desired funds onto your chosen trading account.

Please note: ATFX does not accept third party remittance. Any deposit from the account other than the holder’s trading account is a third party deposit. This definition also applies to company capital deposited to a personal account, and any other similar cases.

Withdrawal Process

After logging in to the Client Portal, go to Withdrawals from the menu.

You may only withdraw funds from your wallet account, therefore you may need to make an internal transfer to move funds from a trading account your chosen wallet.

Please Note: If you withdraw your money in the case of a position, please make sure that pre-payment ratio in your trading account is still higher than 100% after deducting the withdrawal amount, otherwise we may not be able to process your withdrawal.
